Find out about the exciting new features we've got planned.
engage in their future is the national association for school & care home leaders within the SEMH sector of Special Educational Needs.
Our principle aims are to provide networked peer support, training and the sharing of good practice, in order to improve the standards of our schools and the education and welfare of the children with whom we work.
We’re excited to reveal a fresh new look for engage in their future. We have a new logo, new fonts and colour palette and we are currently working on building an exciting new website, due to launch this Autumn.
The new site should make it easier for members to connect with each other to share experience, expertise and resources.
Our new site will include these exciting features:
Online Peer-to-Peer Network
Our member schools across the country have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. Our Peer-to-Peer network will make it easier for members to connect with each other, to seek and offer support and ideas.
Members will be able to share useful resources including documents for other member schools to customise for their own needs, saving valuable time on admin.
Online booking and submissions
You’ll be able to book events and submit awards entries online without the need for paper forms.
More opportunities to get involved
We’ll make it easier for you to share good news stories, interesting articles and more, with the aim of inspiring and encouraging each other.
It gives us great pleasure to introduce ourselves as the new Co-Chairs of engage in their future. When we considered taking on a co-chairmanship we were excited by the opportunities presented by having an active Head Teacher and an experienced recently retired Head in post. We feel that having two heads to drive strategy, support the network and facilitate changes is the best way forward at this exciting time in our organisation’s history. The foundations laid by Toni Bailey and the National Committee really gives us the opportunity to drive change to enable engage in their future to be of greater value to its members in the ever challenging environment of Education. We look forward to hearing, meeting and supporting you over the coming months.
