Improving life chances for children experiencing Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges (SEMH).

Engage in their future is the national association for school leaders within the SEMH sector of Special Educational Needs.

Our principle aims are to provide networked peer support, the sharing of good practice and to provide a collective voice in order to improve the standards of our schools and the education and welfare of the children with whom we work.

Your school can participate in our annual National Awards and National Award schemes. Nominations for next years' awards will open again in October 2026, and the awards will be held early 2027.

Engage Football Tournaments

Join us for our Nothern Junior Football Tournament on Wednesday April 22nd 2026 and then our Senior Tournament on Wednesday May 13th 2026. The Southern Football tournaments are: Key Stage 3, 12th May 2626 and Key Stage 4 - 15th May 2026.
